Meet our Staff
Senior Paralegal and Social Security Advocate
Christina Miller was born and raised in Chico, CA. She studied Communication and Rhetoric, as well as, Legal Studies at the University of San Francisco. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in 2004. During her tenure at the University, she was honored by being selected as a Davies Scholar and was a founding member of the debate team.
Christina's education continued as part of Supervisor Sandoval's team during his time on the Board of Supervisors for the City of San Francisco. She wrote resolutions that were presented to the Board of Supervisors and advocated for the rights of Latino constituents.
Christina has been with the Ledgerwood Law group since 2004. She is currently our senior Paralegal and Social Security Advocate. She manages all of the firms active Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and Personal Injury cases. She has completed the Insurance Education Association's PD Rating and AMA Guides program and stays current on the changing climate of Workers Compensation Law and Social Security Disability Law by attending regular CAAA conventions and seminars.
Christina currently resides in the Solano County area with her husband and daughter.
Anysia Sypnicki was born and raised in Chico, CA. She attended Chico Senior High School, and later moved to Magalia, CA where she concurrently studied mathematics at Butte College and attended Paradise Charter Network where she graduated in 2004 with Honors. She then went on to the Center for Advanced Legal Studies and graduated with Honors in May of 2016 with her Paralegal Certification.
Anysia has over 15 years of office and administrative experience in the Chico area. She has been with the Ledgerwood Law Group since 2009. She is currently one of our Paralegals and maintains her own inventory of workers’ compensation cases to manage under the attorneys direction.
Anysia resides in the Chico area with her husband and two children. She enjoys gardening, camping, fishing and painting in her free time.
Alicia Walls was born and raised in Chico, CA. She attended Butte College her senior year of high school. After a year of college in Chico, she moved up to Humboldt County and attended Humboldt State University for a year and a half pursuing nursing with a minor in criminal justice.
Alicia has been with the Ledgerwood Law Group since 2013, returning in 2014 after she returned from Humboldt State. She is now pursuing only law and is currently in the Paralegal Program keeping a 4.0 grade point average. She will graduate in January of 2017 and then pursue one year more of college at Chico State to get her Bachelors in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice. She is currently our Medical Enforcement Case Manager and manages all stipulated Workers' Compensation cases, those cases with future medical treatment left open. Alicia currently resides in Butte County with her boyfriend and dog.
